Overview: This seminar-style women's self-defense course focuses on practical techniques. Participants will learn self-defense moves and then practice them in a controlled, slow-paced environment. There will be no sparring or competitive drills.

To foster a safe and supportive learning environment for women, male spectators will not be permitted.

Payment: Payment is CASH ONLY. Please bring exact change as payment will be collected at the door before entering

Clothing: Please wear athletic attire. Loose clothing is not recommended.
